Helen Ruth Grafman

Helen Ruth Grafman, age 99, of Chatsworth, California, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 (7 Shevat 5778). Helen was born October 9, 1918, in Chicago, Illinois, to Samuel Victor and Hilda Etta (neé Koransky) Rubenstein.

Helen is survived by her daughters, Merle (David) Lawrence and Victoria (Stephen) Fenton Yohay; her grandchildren, Scott Howard (Tiffany) Lawrence, Eden Michelle (Jerdie Crossland-Ripingill) Crossland-Ripingill, and Marla Beth (William) Wassersug; her step-grandson, Marc (Lauri) Fenton; and her great grandchildren, Noah Frederick Lawrence, Tyler Spencer Lawrence, Kathryn Ariel Wassersug, and Hannah Janette Wassersug.

Helen was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 66.5 years, Frederick Grafman, Of Blessed Memory. January 26, the date Helen will be laid to rest, would have been Helen and Frederick's 77th wedding anniversary.

Funeral services for Helen will be held Friday, January 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM, Graveside, Eden Memorial Park. Services will be officiated by Rabbi Arthur Rosenberg.
