She graduated from Bain High School in 1947 and later graduated from Kings Business College. She loved life and was always a happy person, got along with everyone, an angel on Earth and an angel in Heaven.
Frances is preceded in death by her husband, Hoyle Mullis; brother, David Hagler; and sister, Mary Dimiceli.
She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Lang (Jim); son, Franklin Mullis; sister, Jenny Mullis (Jim) and granddogs, Luke, Fancy and Rocky.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Sunset Memory Gardens.
