His remains are in the same area as a close family member. I say a prayer for him and his family while paying respects.

My heart has been so heavy since I heard of Michael's passing.  He was a treasured part of my heart and history....stemming back 30 years!  He was my favorite "playmate" all through the 80's and it was only his career shift which created space between us.  Regardless of the time that would lapse between our visits, we always picked up where we left off....no questions asked!!  He made me laugh, he made me cry and he made all who touched him feel special.   He was beloved by all...but you know that already!

We are so very sorry to hear of Michael's passing. Our daughter Maddie met him through GREAT when she was in Newsies last year and had a special relationship with him. He taught her so much about dance, choreography and his love of musicals. She is so very sad and will miss him immensely. We will think of Michael when we think of Newsies and what an impact he made on our family. Prayers for peace for all of Michael's family.

I met Michael when he choreographed be our guest with the spotlight theater and saw him at Sholom with his senior rock group. Word can not express my deepest sympathy and condolences to you and your family and Jeffrey. Lynn krupp and bill greenblat 

Michael taught me how to be a good sponsor for 11 years.  He said with a smile
"If you can help me, you can help anyone"  he made me believe in the magic of life.  When I would ask him how things were going he would Always say, "God's got me crackin Misha, he's got me crackin..."

He will live in the lives of many....never forgotten but always loved!  He made people feel loved and needed. His artistry was magical. I will miss him as well as his direction of  'Alive and Kickin' performances.

Michael would occasionally show up for a John Command Class. He would throw his leg up on the wall ..“. I’m here!” The class would be totally electric. Will include him and family in my prayers
