Preceded in death by husband & loving companion of 56 years, Arvid William Nelson; daughter Pat Johnson; parents Frank and Esther Schoenberger; siblings: Betty Fluegel, Charles Schoenberger, Geraldine Chicherio, John Schoeneberger, Ruth Keil, Rita Zachman, & Helen Reiss.

Survived by 6 children: Kathy (Skip) Stein; son-in-law Keith Johnson; Andy (Kelly) Nelson; Cindy (Joe) Straka; Jeanne (Jeff) Siegler; Bill (Stacy) Nelson; Tony (Rhonda) Nelson; 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; Siblings: Reverend James Schoenberger; & Mike (Liz) Schoenberger, & other relatives and special friends.

Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, August 8, 2016; visitation at 10:00; service at 11:00; Church of St. Gerard Majella, 9600 Regent Ave N, Brooklyn Park.

Private family interment.
