Donna was born on July 6, 1947 to Willie and Glenna Engdahl in St. Ignatius, MT. She graduated from Gilford High School in 1965 and came to Minnesota in 1966 to attend Robinson's Beauty School. Donna would later become the director of the school. In 1969, she married the love of her life, David. Over the years, she enjoyed traveling, especially to Hawaii, camping in her Airstream, and spending time with her grandchildren. Donna and David were avid Gopher basketball fans holding season tickets for over 50 years.
Donna is survived by her husband, David; son, Aaron (Lisa); grandchildren, Aidan and Teagan; niece, Bonnie (Curtis) Coffer; nephew, Eric (Nancy) Engdahl; sister-in-law, Beverly Engdahl and many cousins, other family members and friends; and her furry companions, Chloe and Carly.
Preceded in death by parents, Willie and Glenna Engdahl; and brother, Ronald Engdahl.
Memorial service will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home, Minneapolis at 12:00 PM with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM.
Memorials are preferred to Alzheimer's Association.
