Passed away 3/5/2018. Preceded in death by her parents, James and Helen Moffat; son, Craig; brother, James. Survived by her daughter, Julie Fahey; son, Jeffrey; grandchildren, Ariel, Ashley, Brock. Diane was a graduate of Minneapolis General Hospital Nursing Program. She retired from North Memorial Hospital after 35+ years as an OBGYN Nurse. During her career, she made many lifelong friends. Diane enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered and missed for her great sense of humor. Funeral Service 3:30 pm Friday (3/9/18) at Sunset Kapala-Glodek Funeral Home (2250 St. Anthony Blvd. NE. MPLS.) Visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
