Robert E. Schauer, age 64 of Shaler, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 28, 2018. He was born February 14, 1954 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Robert L. and Lorraine (Meyer) Schauer. He was the loving husband of the late Helen C. (Witzorreck) Schauer; beloved brother of Cynthia L. (Robert) Ravenstahl, Denise L. (George) Gerkey and Tim (the late Carol) Schauer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Robert was a member of the Plumbers Local #27 Union. Friends will be received Sunday from noon until 4pm in the Healy-Hahn Funeral Home, Inc., 512 Grant Ave, Millvale (412-821-2940).
