McKenna – John of Ridge, Baldwin and Lynbrook, New York beloved husband of Joan, and father of John (Karen), Jane (Jim) Narducci and son Jerry. Also survived by three grandchildren – Kaitlyn (Rob) DeGennaro, Mary (Ted) Rohrs and John IV (Nicole). He especially enjoyed his three great grandchildren -Emily, Charlotte and Ryan. John worked for Gulf Oil Corporation for 30 years before retiring as Area Director and moving to Ridge, New York. John followed in his father‘s footsteps by moving to the Leisure Glen Community in 1991. His parents were long time residents of Leisure Village. In the seventies. John loved to tinker with cars, and especially loved to go on vacations. His most favorite vacation spot was Woodloch Pines in Hawley Pa. The family spent close to 25 consecutive years at this favorite spot.
He was the ideal role model for the entire family and will be certainly missed.
