Kaitlin was full of personality. She was a happy girl whose smile included her whole body. She loved eating (especially mashed potatoes), music (she had changing tastes but the Disney musicals and Kenny Rogers were classics with her) and holding hands with her dad who adored her. She brought the joy of a pure spirit into our home or wherever she was.
Kaitlin will be missed by her family but surely is enjoying a wonderful reunion with her father Dale and grandparents who preceded her in death. She is survived by her mother, Laurie Barratt, siblings: Brett Barratt, Kim Jensen (Brent), Greg Barratt (Shelly), Kristen Hunter (Aaron), and Jeff Barratt (Megan) and 16 nieces and nephews.
Through the years there have been so many caregivers near and dear to Kaitlin and her family. A heartfelt thanks to the friends, teachers, and caregivers who loved her and helped to take such good care of her.
A viewing will be held Saturday December 24th from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S Highland Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84106.
