IN THE CARE OF
Woody Funeral Home Huguenot Chapel
Sharon W. Morris passed away peacefully on September 11, 2024 after a two-year battle with cancer.
She is survived by her daughters Stephannie Brickley (Matthew Brickley), Jessica Boggia (Jonathon Boggia), and Micaela Morris; as well as her grandsons Kason and Ian Brickley. She is also survived by her dearest aunt Shirley Jennings and beloved uncle Gordon Jennings.
Sharon is reunited with her husband Gary Morris, father Richard Ward, mother Margaret Ward, and brother Greg Ward as they have entered eternal rest.
Sharon was a compassionate woman of deep faith. She was immensely patriotic and devoted to her God and her country. Sharon loved the many animals on her farm, especially her horses and dogs. Prior to early retirement, Sharon spent her career in the offset printing trade where she took great ownership of her work. However, Sharon’s greatest pride was her children whom she homeschooled for many years.
In her spare time, she enjoyed music, rock and crystal collecting, gardening, and spending time in her vacation home in the Outer Banks, NC. Sharon was generous and will be remembered as a great gift-giver who always shared with others.
Friends and family will join to celebrate Sharon and lay her to rest on Monday, September 16, at 1:30 pm.
