She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Michael Villanova and Carmel Villanova, and her brother Nicholas Villanova. Patricia is survived by her husband of 59 years - Paul, sons Paul (Melissa) and Michael (Cindy), and grandchildren Grace, Ann, Delaney, Noah, and Grey. She truly loved her grandchildren. Patricia will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Patricia was born in Newark, NJ on March 17, 1941. She was a graduate of St. Elizabeth University. Patricia was a High School Home Economics teacher for many years, and also was a substitute teacher. After her marriage to Paul, they moved 7 times, making friends at every new place they settled.
Patricia enjoyed pottery, bridge, entertaining at her home, and gourmet cooking with her monthly Dinner Group. She enjoyed dining in fine restaurants and going out for breakfast. Patricia and her husband enjoyed traveling together, either by air or cruise, which took them all over Europe, Scandinavia, the Caribbean Islands, Mexico, Alaska, Canada, and Cuba.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses in the ICU, and in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
