She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Keene; sister, Debbie Phelps; and her mother, Bernice Phelps.
She is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Andrea) and Mary (Kevin); grandchildren, Alex and Lillith; and her sisters, Kathy and Donna.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 23 from 10am until 11:30am. A graveside service will be held at noon at Greenwood Memorial Park.
