Karen Esterline Feher
FEHER, Karen Esterline, 33, of Richmond, joined our Lord on June 12, 2010, following a rock climbing accident at the New River Gorge. She is survived by her husband, J. Feher; two children, Ellianna Nicole and Aaron Joseph; her parents, Stanley and Gloria Esterline of Woodbridge, Va.; a sister, Cynthia Lazo; and a brother, Christopher Esterline. She was born June 23, 1976, received a nursing degree from VCU Nursing School in 1999, and was a Clinical Nurse in the Mother/Infant Care Unit at MCV. She was well-known in the Richmond climbing community. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter and nurse, loved everyone and was loved by everyone she knew. She will be greatly missed.
Her remains rest at the Huguenot Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
