SCHOTT, John Lawrence III, 63, of Midlothian, died December 16, 2010. Survivors include his wife, Cathy Schott; his son, John William Schott; his daughter, Emily Schott Nash and her husband, Adam; his mother, Helen Marolf Schott; and three sisters, Barbara Boyd, Julie Schott and Jane Wann. Mr. Schott retired from the U.S. Army Reserve in 2002, but was deployed to Iraq in 2007-2008. He had a 20-year career with the State of Virginia as a computer analyst and was a member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Edward's Catholic Church.
