Watkins, J. Stuart, of North Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on August 14, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, James A. Watkins; his mother, Helen W. Watkins and his brother, Daniel Watkins. He is survived by his wife, Linda Watkins; his son, J. Melvin Watkins (Lisa) and his daughter, Julie Hall (Mike). The family will receive friends at a celebration of his life on Saturday, August 20 at 11:30am at Providence United Methodist Church.
