Sherry Ann Hobbs

She graduated from Opelousas Senior High School and continued her education at International Business School.

She enjoyed reading and loved spending time with family. She put in an extensive ten years of work into Endeavor Energy Resources. She was a strong, loving and caring person. Sherry was a great friend, mother to all and father to some. She welcomed everyone into her home and gave all that she had without expecting anything in return.

Those left behind to honor and cherish her memory are her beloved children: Spring and Chris Terry, Daniel Jones, Jeremy Jones and Kirstein and Alex Fino; her parents, Robert Hobbs and Ann Stevens.; her sisters: Mary, Emmie, and Joy; her brothers: Ricky, Danny, Lee, and Billy. She was a loving grandmother to Jayden, Camden, and Anastazia and also leaves behind several other family members and friends.

A funeral service will be held today, Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Stone Gate Fellowship Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home. On line condolences may be offered at www.ellisfunerals.com
