RT White was born in Hope Arkansas on Jan. 15, 1929 to the late Horace M. Hearne and Jersey (Alma) Tate. She was united in marriage to the late Willie G. White on Oct. 20 1945. They moved to Atlanta Texas shortly afterwards finally settling in West Texas in 1964. To that union they had eight children.
She is preceded in death by husband Willie G. White Sr.; Willie G. White Jr., Donald W. White Sr. and Jerry L. White. She leaves to cherish her memories Clara L. Carter of Dallas, Tx.; James T. White of Midland, Tx; Larry L. White of Dallas, Tx; Becky L. White of Midland, Tx and Diane Woods of Houston, Tx. She also leaves Twenty-two grandkids, Forty-one great grands, Eight great great grands and two daughter-in-laws Gracie White and Kaye White, son-in-law Sam Harold Woods and a host of relatives and friends.
A public visitation for R.T. will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ellis Resthaven Funeral Home, 4616 N Big Spring Street, Midland, Texas 79705. A funeral service will occur Friday, April 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM, 4616 N Big Spring Street, Midland, Texas 79705. A burial will occur Friday, April 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4616 N Big Spring St, Midland, Texas 79705.
