Rocky loved to bull ride, race cars, ride motorcycles, fishing, the outdoors, and spending time friends and family. Rocky had worked in the oil field before owning his own business, Rocky's Custom Remodeling in Midland for many years.
Rocky is preceded in death by his father, Roy Maxey, Jr.; sister, Cynthia Maxey House; and neice, Kathaleen Constanzo.
He is survived by his children, Logan Maxey and Lakyn Maxey; and their mother, Lynne Flores, all of Midland. His mother, Sharon K. Fogg of Las Vegas, NV; brother-in-law and sister, John and Rebecca Maxey Glenn; neices and nephews, Patrick, Nicholas, and Cynthia Constanzo; Savannah, Amanda and Shyla Glenn; Sharon and Elsie Rose Glenn, all of Midland; nephew (name sake) Rocky Joe Reeves; and great nephews, Dravon Reeves of Amarillo along with many other family members; also great nephews and neices, Carleigh, Cyla, John and Chrisitian Shipley; Ember Constanzo, Brian Constanzo Aycock; and newest addition born the day we lost our dear Rocky, Arian Rocky Malichi Winn; his grandmother, Mary Maxey; aunts, Charlene Frimbree, Della Ruth Goins and Mary Jean Britton; cousins, Ralph, Roy, Mark Britton, and Debarah Maxey of Lubbock; Donna Littlejohn, Tim Gomez of Midland; Ginger Prysok of Oklahoma City, OK; and numerous other cousins; uncle, James Maxey of Midland; and girlfriend, Joan Tucker. Rocky had numerous friends through the years that he considered family, some he even married, Retha Maxey; sister-in-law, Donna Sue Profitt; and step-daughter, Stacy Reed.
Viewing will be Friday, April, 5th from 6pm-8pm at the Ellis Funeral Home, 801 Andrews Hwy. Funeral services will be held at 2p.m. Saturday, April 6th at the Ellis Funeral Home.
