Mark Lynn Randolph, 59, passed away with his family by his side on Tuesday morning, July 24, 2012, at Midland Memorial Hospital, in Midland, Texas. He was born in Springhill, Louisiana, on February 26, 1953, to Charles Elmer “Jack” and Lovie “Sassy” Randolph. Before retiring in the late nineties, Mark created the Randolph Tire Company in 1980. Mark spent much of his life on the back of a Harley Davidson motorcycle and always enjoyed riding.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Charles Elmer Randolph. Mark was survived by his loving wife of thirty-eight years, Donna Randolph. He was also survived by his three children and their families: daughter, Kim Randolph; daughter, Kellea Villarreal and husband, Paul Villarreal, granddaughter, Brittney Villarreal, and granddaughter, Sydney Villarreal; and son, Mark Caleb Randolph and wife, Rebecca Randolph, granddaughter, Taelynn Randolph, grandson, Aiden Randolph, and granddaughter, Tristen Randolph. Also surviving Mark are his sister, Martha Smith and husband, Robert Smith; and sister, Charlene Trimble, along with numerous nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.
Visitation for Mark will be held at Ellis Funeral Home in Midland, Texas, on Thursday, July 26, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, July 27, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Ellis Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be David White, Charles White, Cliff McKee, Gary Carlisle, Larry Clark, Jim Townsend, Jesse Madrid, Sr., and Tony Zuniga. Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home.
The family would like to express its appreciation to Dr. PK Patel, Dr. PJ Patel, Dr. Younger and each of their staffs for their loving care of Mark.
