Ann was born in Gordon, Texas on April 21, 1939. She graduated from O’Donnell and went on to attend Jessie Lee’s School of Beauty
Ann worked as a beautician and was an entrepreneur. She owned Workman’s Mobile Home Park for the last forty years. She loved square dancing and had a passion for her many pets. She was actively involved in the M Squares square dancing group with her dance partner C.D. Offield.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Lavelle Crain, her brothers, Robert, Gerald, Billy Joe, and Danny Crain, and sister Shirley Shaw.
She is survived by her brother Raymond Crain of Plains, Texas; sisters, Wanda “Bobby” Sines and Betty Sue Marett of Brownfield; daughter, Janet Null of Midland and son, Wayne Workman also of Midland, four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00pm at Ellis Funeral Home on Thursday, July 5, 2018. Funeral Service will be held at Cotton Flat Baptist Church, 6409 TX-349, Midland, Texas, on Friday, July 6, 2018 Rick Holeman officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Midland Parkinson’s Disease Chapter.
