Dana was born on November 17, 1955 in Lubbock, Texas. She graduated from Midland Senior High School in 1975. She was employed by Last Chance Saloon, Eagle Computing, U.S Postal Service and the TSA.
Dana is preceded in death by her fathers, HF McLain, Jr. and Doug Tankersley; and a niece, Misty McLain.
Dana is survived by her son, Trevor Reynolds; her mother, Joyce Tankersley; and her sister, Vickie (Frank) Olgin, all of Midland. Dana is also survived by her brothers, Vallas (C.J.) McLain, of Wichita Falls; and Dale McLain of Dallas; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Monday April 18, 2016 between 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ellis Funeral Home. Dana's funeral will be held on Tuesday April 19, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
