Beverly Dwyer

Beverly Ann Carr Dwyer of Midland, Texas passed away on December 7, 2012 at Legacy Ranch Alzheimer's Special Care Center. Beverly was born in Douglas, Arizona. She was raised in Fort Worth, Texas where she attended Pascal High School and then attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. She was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority. Beverly was a retired real estate agent. She was also very proud of earning her Master Gardener Certification. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents and one niece, Diane Emery. She is survived by her husband T. Verne Dwyer; her sister, Mary Ellen Emery and husband Jim; brother, Joe Carr Jr. wife Karen and family; daughters Sharilyn Wilson and Leigh Mires; son Evan Mires; several grandchildren, Steffani Vernon, Joshua Vernon and wife Melissa and daughter Kennedy, and Justin Vernon and wife Cat and son Gavin, and a nephew Van Emery and family. Beverly is also survived by Verne's children, Marilyn LaGreca, husband Kenny, and children Stephen, David and Michelle, Shauna Gordon, husband Steve, and children Jennifer, Lucas and Conner, Missy Dwyer and daughter Nikki, and Tom Verne Dwyer. We would like to extend our thanks for all the care Beverly received from the staff and care takers at the Vogel Unit of Manor Park and Legacy Ranch Alzheimer's Special Care Center of Midland, Texas. We also have great appreciation for Hospice Midland and their loving care from their staff and care givers. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday December 11, 2012 at 10:00 am at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel. The family requests that donations to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch and Girlstown P.O.
