Betty Marie (Jacki) Pomeroy 91, of Midland passed away and went to be with her savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Jacki was born in Bizbee, Arizona, February 24, 1930. She and her Family lived there till 1940.
They moved to Powell Butte, Oregon where they lived till 1942, When they moved to Portland, Oregon, where she grew up and graduated high school. She later moved to Oakland, California, While employed her boss James Tom offered her a job in Midland, Tx. In, 1972 Jacki made her move to Midland, Tx and remained a resident.
She is preceded in death by her life time partner of 50 years, Essie Childress, Mother Aida Alice, Asher Pomeroy, and Father Vigher Pomeroy, Three sisters and brother.
Jacki is survived by her daughter, Terri Weisz of Portland, Oregon, Sister and Brother-in-law, Vicki and Larry Deitz of Portland, Oregon, Numerous nieces and nephews, James Tom, Her life time friend and his wife, Kay of Borne, TX, her caregiver and friend Sharon Sanders, Friends, Macie Garrison, Della Burrow, Robin Nix, and Charlene Scott, All of Midland, TX.
