Timothy E. Lewis

Preceding him in death, his parents, Reverend Joseph E. and Bertie Lewis; brother, Reverend Marty (Truda) Lewis. He is survived by his partner, Jayne Reardon; his three children, Timothy E. Lewis II (Andee), Joseph E. Lewis (Danielle) and Megan (Justin) Esmael grandchildren, Morgan Gentry, Landen Lewis, Luci Johnson, Delilah Johnson, Joseph Lewis, and Hadley Esmael; brother, Mike (Janet) Lewis; sister, Beth (Harold) Cox; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

He was a graduate of Middletown Christian and studied Communications at Cedarville College. He then moved on to get his Real Estate license where he won numerous awards, including Realtor of the Year in 2016. His real estate career began with the family business, Lewis Reality. Most recently he was the District Sales Manager with HER Realtors. Tim was a real estate agent in Middletown for 43 years.

Like his father, Tim was a pillar of the community. He was an advocate for his city and co-founded the Broad Street Bash. Most people would say Tim was the brains and energy behind this successful, long running, family-oriented event.

He was considered the patriarch of his family, and nothing was more important to him. He enjoyed hunting with his sons and grandchildren and spending time in Colorado with his daughter and son.

Tim enjoyed fishing and socializing with his friends and family. He was loved by many and was always there to lend and hand. He lived life to the fullest and will be missed by all.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 21st 2021 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Berachah Baptist Church, 1900 Johns Rd. Middletown, Ohio 45044. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 22nd at 12:00 pm at Berachah Baptist Church, 1900 Johns Rd. Middletown, Ohio 45044 followed by burial at Grace Memorial Gardens, 3023 Union Rd. Franklin 45005.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Atrium Medical Center Foundation-HEAL Program in Memory of Spencer Novak, One Medical Center Drive, Middletown, OH 45005.
