Russell was a proud veteran from the United States Army.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his two brothers, Norman Ray Wilson and Donald Wilson.
Russell is survived by his wife of 59 years, Judy Wilson; children, Todd (Laura) Wilson and Scott Wilson; grandchildren, Kristen Fitterer, Brandon Wilson, Nicholas Wilson, Megan Wilson, Chris Wilson; brother, Meryl Wilson.
Visitation will be 10-11 am on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will follow at 11am . Burial will be at North Monroe Cemetery, Monroe, OH.
