Cheryl Tigner

Cheryl Lynn Tigner, age 65, of Middletown, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 19, 2022 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born January 8, 1957, in Hamilton, Ohio, the daughter of William “Woody” Workman, and Margaret (Kay) Comer.

During her life she took interest in working as a home health aide until she retired. Cheryl, affectionately known as “mother” to her church family loved going to church where she participated as an Elder, and leader of the outreach ministry, and assisted with various other activities as a faithful member of Conquering Faith Tabernacle.

She is preceded in death by her father, William “Woody” Workman.

Cheryl is survived by her daughters, Monique Watkins (Nathan), Stephanie Cook (Charles); grandchildren, Jon Watkins, James, Watkins, Ayiesha Cook, Charles Farr Jr “CJ”, Caleb Farr, Chaun Farr; great granddaughter, Alayna Edmonds; mother, Margaret (Kay) Comer; and siblings, Stephanie Nicholson.

There will be a Memorial Service on September 3, 2022, at 2:00 at Conquering Faith Tabernacle with Apostle Lamar C. Weaver officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00.
