James is survived by his wife, Rhoda D. Musgrove; children: Ray and Mechele Musgrove, Mike and Linda Musgrove, Lorena and Charles Conger, Cindy and Mike Evers, Ben and Christy Musgrove, Jerry and Nan Musgrove, Michael and Tracy Scoville, Vicky Lynn and Joey Wells, Vickie Musgrove and JR Caffee, Debra and Jimmy Carr. He had 32 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren and 6 great, great grandchildren. His special sister Gennell Mcquaig and many nieces and nephews. He was known to most as Pops or Papa Virgil. He valued his family above anything else.
