She was born on October 1, 1947 in Dayton, the daughter of William and Patsy (Harpst) Bussard.
Lucretia served her community as a pastor and public servant. Her special achievement was leading people to Christ. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who loved her family more than anything.
She is survived by her children, Tracy Salyers, Russell Thompson, Joey (Nicole) Thompson, Jennifer Olazaran, Melissa (Christian) Bunse, Dana Lewis; grandchildren, Travis, Joshua, Nicholas, Nathan, Beth, Andrew, Gabrielle, Tayler, Wesley, Max, Madison, Mya, Macy, Alyssa, Trinity, Victoria; great grandchildren, Tessah, Agatha, Sofiya, Priscilla, John Ison, baby girl Salyers, Zoey, Uriah, Harper, Henry, Holden, Aubree, Brodie, Caiden, Danica, Evander, Hayden, Dacota, Cecilia; brother, William Thomas (Sandy) Boussard; sister, Kimberly Kay Carpenter; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; as well as special friends, Judy Meier, Sharon Abner Grant, Torea and Janeen Galloway, and her entire church family.
Lucretia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael Johnson; brother, Jeffrey Wayne Bussard; and the father of her children, Ronnie Thompson.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11 AM – 1 PM on Friday, June 16, 2023 at River of Worship, 8947 Kingsridge Dr, Miamisburg. A Celebration of Life will follow at 1 PM. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton.
