Walters, Frank Marion, 84, of Miamisburg passed away peacefully at his home Monday May 8, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was born November 25, 1932 in Williamsport Ky, to the late Wellington and Mary Margaret (Penix) Walters. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Anita (Butcher) Walters, along with his children: Dave (Terri) and Kay (Mike) Schenck; his grandchildren: Dave (Ashley), Jennifer (Korey) Crouse, Michaela (Ben) Williams, Allison and Kip Schenck; his great grandchildren: Zach Mallon, Ellie Crouse, Addie Walters and Jocie Crouse. He was preceded in death by his brothers: Elmer, Wellington Jr., Lafe and James; and sisters: Gertrude Mollette, Lucille Ward and Hazel Penix; survived by his brothers Shady Lee and Raymond.
Frank was a member of Miami Valley United Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He retired after working 42 years as an electrician at Chapel Electric. Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming and sharing time with his family.
Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, May 11, 2017 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM Friday, May 12 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Cemetery following the service.
