Luis is survived by his spouse, Eneida Perez; his daughter Eida Arroyo; and his son in law Miguel Arroyo.

A visitation for Luis will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Caballero Rivero Little Havana, 3344 SW 8TH ST, MIAMI, FL 33135. Following the visitation will be an entombment at Flagler Memorial Park, 5301 W Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33134.
