Juan nació en el 6 de noviembre de 1950 en Cuba.

Juan dejó a su esposa, Juana Ledesma; hija Vanessa Perez; hijo Aniah Perez y hijo Enrique L. Perez; hermana Vicky Perez y hermano Luis Perez.

Juan falleció luego de madre Rafaela Garcia y padre Juan Perez.

Juan Tambien deja 12 nietos y 5 bisnietos para honrar su memoria.

El velorio de Juan se llevará a cabo el sábado, 19 de diciembre de 2020 desde las 6:00 p.m. hasta las 12:00 a.m. en la funeraria Caballero Rivero Little Havana, 3344 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135.
