My dear Jeffrey,

We and the rest of the freshman wrestlers met in 1975 at UF.  All full of vin and vigor ready to tackle the college wrestling college world.

I got to UF solely because I was a pretty good wrestler.  You were a scholar and a great wrestler.

You were my role model.  Through you I realized you could have fun and also take care of business.  You set the standard I have tried to mimic.

It was great to see you at our UF wrestling reunions in Gainesville.  I wished we could have spent more time together.

As the President of the board where Jeff & Kathy own property Jeff was so thoughtful and giving. We knew him as a friend first and he was always there to help me with legal advise,  attend a meeting,  look at  pertinent  documents that effected the life’s of owners in our community.   He always had  a complement when hard work was finished and a smile or a joke to make  challenging situations easier. He will be missed for so many reasons. Diana & Wil Lassel

A tragic loss for all of us.  Jeff was a great leader.  I am proud to be both a University of Florida graduate and a Miami Palmetto classman with Jeff.

We are deeply saddended by the loss of our dear friend, Jeff Cutler. The Kane Family sends all of our love and support to the Cutler Family, our life long friends who are like family to us. So many years and history between us.  What an exemplary human being... We are broken hearted over this great loss and are holding you all in support with love.

I was saddened to hear about the loss of Jeff and my deepest condolences to all his friends and family. I was so  blessed to grow up with such a great role model of life, business and sports and he was the epitome of a winner! 
Life is too short so never forget to price you pay for it!

Jeff was amazing scholar athlete who set a very high bar in both the classroom and on the wrestling mats for all who followed in his footsteps at Palmetto High School.  

I enjoyed working with Jeff and I had many positive outcomes because of his involvement.  He was passionate about his work, life and his family.  He always had a smile to share and willingness to help where he could.   May the family find comfort in the positive legacy he has left behind and may the wonderful memories shared carry you through this difficult time.  

It is with great sadness that I learned of Jeff's passing.  I first moved into the same neighborhood when we were both 5 years old, and have countless memories of times spent playing sports in Jeff's backyard, going swimming and playing Marco Polo, and spending years together at Palmetto Elementary, Junior High and Senior High and Beth Am.  From early on, Jeff was a great athlete and a leader, and it is obvious that as an adult he continued to exhibit his leadership skill through his law practice, his service to his community, and most importantly as a son, brother, husband and father.  Though we did not keep up over the years, the last I saw him was at my engagement party, I will always have fond memories of him, and know he will be greatly missed.

In life and in death.
Jeff was,  and will always be, a bright light in our lives.

Jeff was not only a business colleague who had the absolute best care of NBIS clients and employees at heart in his passionate defense of our interests , but he was a wonderful friend. His sudden passing is shocking. We and the world are lesser-off without his beaming face, wit, kindness and good nature. Since we are blessed with great memories, Jeff will not be forgotten nor be far from our hearts. You were already a kind gentle soul when you were a kid. Thank you for being my friend way back then. A life well lived-rest well Jeff...

Sadness fills my heart thinking about my young Cousin Jeffrey and days spent traveling from Tampa to Miami with my parents to visit Jeff and his sister and their parents. We always had fun with that part of the Cutler Family. In recent years, we were limited to occasional phone calls and emails, but I always enjoyed those communications. Donna joins me in expressing our deepest condolences to Kathy, Betsy, Iris, and Kenny and Katelyn. Though we cannot be with you today, our thoughts are with you. 

This world shined much brighter with you in it my friend.   Your contributions to the legal system, knowledge of the laws, and meticulous care of all involved had the well earned respect and confidence of NBIS, our insured's, brokers and carriers.   You personally looked out for me with respected advice and kind words of encouragement.   You will be missed.

I remember us coaching our sons in basketball -Kenny playing on our team in various leagues such as YMCA, USSSA etc. and how actively engaged Jeff was with Kenny.  I was struck by how nurturing , pulling and leading he approached his role as a father.  Jeff was always present, always upbeat and always kind to everyone. He was a wonderful human being and will be sorely missed but will live on through the values he has instilled in Kenny and the many lives he positively touched.  While my wife and I are out of the country and unable to attend the service, we send our comfort and prayers to Jeff’s family.  -Don, Katrina, Donahue and Chloe Peebles

Bob and I have many memories of my baby cousin. Bob and he played tennis on a day so hot and muggy that their shoes were soaked. I think I threw Bob’s out.  I skied with Jeff and his buddies at Vail on a wonderful day.   I will never forget his beautiful wedding to Kathy. We are sad and shocked to hear of his sudden passing. We send much love and condolences to all.
