Eric Michael Kail

Eric Michael Kail, 48, passed away July 5, 2016. A visionary, ahead of his time, Eric determined trends years before they became popular. A born entrepreneur, growing up in a developer's family in Hollywood, Florida, and working 15+ years in real estate himself, Eric was nothing short of successful. His passion and creativity for transforming neglected real estate into landmarked showpieces were what made him happiest.

Everything he did, was done right... with style. He went so far as to name his projects as if they were his friends, further displaying his enthusiasm and dedication to everything he did. All it took to spark a fire with Eric was mentioning politics or the stock market. If there was anything Eric loved even more than his work, it would be his two dogs Ryder and Indio. Not only was Eric was very family oriented and a loving and loyal friend to many, but he also consistently rooted for the underdog, treating everyone he met with the utmost respect and kindness.

He is survived by his sister, Tamra Kail Gordon, and her four children Ally, Sami, Andrew, and Taylor, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Eric will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, and he will now be reunited with his parents Betty and Arthur Kail.

Memorial service will be held 2:30 PM Friday July 8, 2016 at Mount Nebo 5900 SW 77th Avenue, Miami, FL 33143. Donations in memory may be made to Transplant Recipients International Organization Inc (TRIO), or Animal Aid.
