Annette, 86, of Miami, passed away on Nov. 7, 2013. She is survived by her sons, Alan (Mindy) and Leslie (Betty) Eisenberg, and grandsons Michael and Joshua Eisenberg.
She was the founder and President of Miami's Downtown Bay Forum and a founding Board member of the Chapman Partnership for the Homeless. Annette was a community activist and an advocate for community and economic development, helping to build a better Miami-Dade County for the past 63 years.
Funeral Services at10:30 AM on Sunday, Nov. 10th at Temple Israel of Greater Miami,137 NE 19 St, Miami, FL 33132 with burial following at Lakeside Memorial Park.
