I am so very sorry for your loss. Ms Patsy was always a wonderful person to talk to and I was so glad to get to know her. I know she will be missed and I know her legacy will always live on between Melissa and Kevin. I am just glad that through Melissa I was able to meet such a wonderful person. She will certainly be missed.

We are thinking of you very much today, knowing you are with everyone while each person shares their part at the annual Crawfish Boils at your home.

How could I express the loss of losing a 2nd sister.  Patsy was like no one else I know.  She told you how it was, and how it was going to be. I'm just happy that I have another Angel looking down on me.

George and family I am so sorry for your loss. I hadn't seen Patsy in a long time but I thought of both you many times. Patsy was a wonderful person you couldn't help but fall in love with her. I will always think of the fun we had hanging out with each other. We spent so much time together and laughed so much. When we would go over to your house Sandra was just a baby but she loved going to Patsy and playing with the pots and pans. Patsy was the type of friend that everyone needs in their life.  She was always there for you no matter what.  My boys loved to hang out at Patsy & George's when they were growing up.  Now my grand-daughter loved to visit Ms Patsy even if Mattie was not there.
I will always remember growing up across the street from Patsy, our days at school especially Riverdale. There are many memories.  Patsy was like family to all of us.  She will be missed a lot but not forgotten.  We love you.  Sherron, Johnny, Eric & Sky

I will miss you every second of the rest of my life.  You were always there unconditionally for me and my family and we will never get over our loss. Stephen and Brian loved you like a second Mom. My Dear Friend Patsy where do I begin? There is so much I never got to tell you. So much more coffee to drink on front porch time.... We never Made it to New York together although we did have some great trips to Disney. I remember the first time I met Mrs. Patsy when Melissa brought me over to her house for lunch one day on our lunch break.  As we stood there making sandwiches, Mrs. Patsy just made me feel right at home.  As my friendship with Melissa grew, I learned more about her amazing family.  I even spent New Year's Eve with them and boy...what a party!!! Mrs. Patsy was busy making sure everyone was eating (and drinking) and having a great time.  Each and every time I saw her, she treated me like she'd known me forever.  It is no wonder that she touched so many peoples' lives.  I wish I had the right words to say in your time of grief, but nothing seems sufficient.  The world was a better place with Mrs. Patsy and I am comforted by the fact that her legacy is in each of you, her children, and grandchildren.  She was an amazing woman who raised an amazing family.  What a blessing she was on earth and what a blessing she must be to heaven itself.  I am so sorry for your loss.

We'll miss you Aunt Patsy.  Even though I may not be blood, I've always felt like your niece.  I have so many great memories of you and your family that I will treasure them for the rest of my days.  A wonderful and generous person as yourself will never be forgotten.

Aunt Patsy was a savior for me and my daughter Jordan.  Being a single male parent, Melissa, Patsy, George, and the whole cul-de-sac, took my daughter Jordan, in as one of their own. For at least 12 years, Patsy and family took my daughter in, unconditionally, on weekends, parades, and trips to DisneyWorld. 
Our world has lost a wonderful saint who would take in and mother any child.

What I am saddest about, is that Jordan was coming to New Orleans in a few weeks, and the first person she wanted to see was Aunt Patsy, to show her the new "grandchild" she has.

At least we know that Landon, has an extra Guardian Angel to watch over him.

How do you even begin to express the loss of someone that played such a vital role in your upbringing.  Mrs.Patsy, being my mom's best friend and my second mom, the loss is almost unbearable.  Mrs. Patsy was a strong woman, mother, wife, and friend and her absence will be felt by all.  As I type this, I think-and giggle a little- at how passionate she was and how she filled a room with her laugh when she was happy or her booming voice if she were mad.  She lived life everyday with that energy and vibrance and that is what I will miss most.  In a nutshell she would love you more and deeper than you would expect-but step outta line she would tear your tail to pieces just as quick.  We love all of you as our own family and although she was a big piece of what held us all together, I hope and pray we never lose sight of each other.  We will always be here and will always be together!
