Margaret Sue McCauley

Margaret Sue McCauley, age 68, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2013. She is survived by her 4 children, Bobby Gene Chestnut, Michael Lee Chestnut, Cheryl Kay Chestnut and Stephanie McCauley Hebert, son-in-law David Hebert and her grandchildren, Brittany Chestnut, Bobbie and Lane Chestnut, and Ashley and Jordan Hebert. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Young, Jr. and Ella Pearl Sweezey; her siblings, Thomas Young, III and Donald Young; her companion, Lloyd Humphrey; and her friend and former husband, Stephen McCauley.

A native of Waco, TX and a resident of the Greater New Orleans area for the past 47 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Graveside Service at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until service time. She will be laid to rest in peace in Garden of Memories Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Covenant House at www.covenanthouse.org.
