Guy P. Coniglio Sr.

Guy P. Coniglio, Sr. passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 at the age of 84. He is preceded in death by his daughter Theresa Ann Coniglio, and his parents Sam Coniglio and Mildred Pastrano Coniglio. He is survived by his son Guy P. Coniglio, Jr, daughter-in-law Michelle Burger Coniglio, grandsons Dominick Coniglio (Ashantai), Vincent Coniglio (Allison), granddaughter Anna Theresa Coniglio, great granddaughter Juniper; and Philip Granier (Karen). Guy was born in New Orleans and was a resident of Metairie the past 51 years and was a parishioner of St. Clement of Rome Church. He retired after 30 years of service with the City of New Orleans. He proudly served in the Louisiana National Guard at Jackson Barracks. He enjoyed bowling and being with family and friends. There will be a memorial gathering on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, Louisiana beginning at 11:00 AM with a Memorial Mass to follow at 1:00 PM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
