Genevieve (Geanie) Turner, age 92, went to dance with the angels on Monday, September 13, 2010. Mrs. Turner was a native of Gary, Indiana, a former resident of Big Pine Key, FL and a resident of Montz, LA for the past 13 years. Wife of the late Jack C. Turner. Mother of William Glivar (wife, Mira), Sharon Adler (husband, Jim) and Carol Ney (husband, Frederick) Sister of William Hiney, Frances Engel and the late Jacob Hiney, Madeline Notaro and Genevieve Hiney who was her infant sister. Daughter of the late William Hiney and Frances Schmidt Hiney. Also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Brownie.
