Elvia Rosa Casco de Rodriguez passed away peacefully on Monday, November 21, 2016. She was 96 years old. Beloved wife of the late Carlos Rodriguez. Loving mother of the late Margarita Villanueva. Grandmother of Karla Morris, Ivette Villanueva, and the late Jessica Villanueva. Great-grandmother of Alexandra Morris, Geoffrey Morris Jr., and Grant Morris. Elvia was a native of Honduras and has resided in the New Orleans for over 45 years. She loved cooking and attending church, and devoted her life for caring for her family. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial from LEITZ-EAGAN Metairie, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, on Friday afternoon, November 25, 2016 at 1:00.
