Dominic J. La Rocca, Jr., age 79, of Metairie, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, the late Dominic James "Nick" La Rocca and Ruth Pitre La Rocca, and a sister, Virginia Bennett. He is survived by his siblings, James La Rocca (Joyce), Ruth La Rocca, Jerome La Rocca (Mariette - deceased), Carolyn La Rocca Tyner (Thomas - deceased), Carl La Rocca (Elia), along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Life for Dominic will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, Louisiana. Visitation with the family will be from 9:00 am - 11:00 am followed by a Celebration of Life Service in the Leitz-Eagan Chapel at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery on City Park Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana.
