Ruth A. Fleming

Fleming, Ruth Alta, born July 3, 1913 in Springfield, OH passed away October 14, 2012 in Mesa, AZ. Ruth formerly owned and operated a resort in Ohio before moving to Arizona and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Mesa. She was a wonderful artist, enjoyed painting and had a love for life, making every day count. Ruth is survived by her son Forest “Bud” (Beula) Seaman; daughter Martha Jane Madden; sister Marjorie Reeves of Phoenix, AZ; step-son Dean Henry; was the grandmother of five; great grandmother of thirteen; great great grandmother of sixteen as well as many nieces and nephews. She was known as grandma to everyone. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and ten siblings. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sunshine Acres Children’s Home, 3405 N. Higley Rd, Mesa, AZ 85215. A memorial service will be held at 9:00am, Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel, 6747 E. Broadway Rd in Mesa. (480) 830-4422
