Pat was always a creative and resourceful person, while her children were young she started a home business as a hairdresser. Later, she was a teacher of ceramics, and then porcelain dolls, which were prized at many craft shows. As a teacher she loved and enjoyed her students. Her spirit was always positive, loving and generous. She cherished family and friendships, which she kept close throughout her life.
Pat (Smith) married Dale Hansen in 1990 and together they retired to Mesa. They traveled every summer to Illinois to visit and enjoy time with family and friends.
Pat is survived by her husband Dale, her three children, Mike Stadtfeld (Cindy), Kathy Stadtfeld (Tina), Steve Stadtfeld (Heidi, Krissy) and three stepchildren, Greg Hansen (Janita), Kevin Hansen and Kim Hansen and many grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter Susan Stadtfeld, her brother Mike Harkins, and her parents.
Pat's kind nature and laughter will always be remembered and missed by those who knew her and loved her.
