Mary Ann Rains, 85, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012 in Mesa, Arizona. She was born December 2nd 1926 in Atoka County, Oklahoma to Henry Duncan and Flora Mae [Smith] Reeves. Mary was married to Earl Austin Rains on July 27, 1946. She is survived by her children: Guy Lutts, Little Elm, Texas, Shirley Drennan ,San Tan Valley, AZ, Wanda Boers, Hemet, CA, Robert Rains, San Jacinto, CA, Martha Bussey, Moore, OK, Granville Rains, Santa Clara, CA and one step-daughter Lavonne Fenner, Wisker, OK; 19 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings: Bessie, Loretta, Eugene, Wilburn, Thomas, Edna, Walter and Flora. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Earl on April 8, 1976 and her son Charles Clifton Rains in July of 2005.Services will be private.
