30, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on December 13, 2013. She was born May 6, 1983 in Tempe, AZ. Julie was taken from us too soon but lived her life to the fullest. She graduated from Red Mountain High School in Mesa in 2001. Julie received a diploma from The Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy and became a licensed massage therapist in 2008. She is survived by her children, Bryce Clayton, Grace Clayton and Cash Smith, her husband, David Smith, her mother, Lynn Harper, her father and step mother Louis Harper and Audrey O’Sullivan, her brother, Jason Harper and his fiancée, Catherine Wade, as well as an extended group of family and friends who love and miss her dearly.
