I can't believe it's already been 9 years . Not a day goes by I don't think you of you.  I ask myself why you and why so soon.  I miss you every day and that  pain will never go away. I miss an love you nunnu so much.

I knew Joe from his days in Michigan; matter of fact I once hired him. Totally lost track of him for years and years; and then out of the clear blue, after 20 years of semi-retirement in Florida, we moved to San Tan Valley. For some reason, I recalled that Joe had moved to AZ, so I looked him up - and sad to say, found this obituary. He was a great guy; and my best wishes and prayers go out to all who knew him - friends and family.

To the Vella family, I knew Joe from Coyotes games only but was very happy to have met him. Joe was very friendly and always happy to see our little group at the games. I only found out about Joe yesterday (12-10-11) and felt a great loss. Please know that he touched our lives and will be missed. Best wishes, Tom "weirdazz 69" Walsh.

At times like these, it is sometimes very hard to find the words to express your true emotions.  You will be missed but never forgotten.  I shared with my cousins on Wednesday, one of my fondest memories of you was seeing you pull up to Nanu and Nana's house in Taylor for family gatherings with that big St.Bernard jammed into the back of the station wagon with all the kids.  As you get older in life, you truly realize how much your family means to each of us and the Vella clan has a special bond that you will always be a big part of forever.  Rest in Peace my uncle and as Toby Keith puts it best " I’m not crying 'cause I feel so sorry for you I’m crying for me."  We will all miss you dearly.

We will miss you so much Uncle Joe.  I am so glad we were able to see you just one more time.  So many memories to have for a lifetime.

Uncle Joe may you rest in peace.  You will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with Joe's family.  He was a Great guy to know.  I worked with Joe from 1986 to 1989.  Originally off of 44th street then when the CPA office moved to Jackson Plaza in Tempe off of Mill Avenue.  Joe you will be terribly missed.

We will miss you, Uncle Joe!  Like Michelle, I'm glad I got to see on your last visit home...and I'm extremely glad my little family was able to meet you....Say hi to nanna and nannu for us...
