He was born in Amuda, Syria on 11/29/1929.
Rev. John I. Sabbagh graduated from Aleppo College and received a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Near East School of Theology and the American University of Beirut.
He was married to Marina Didos in 1963.
Rev. John Sabbagh had a career as a Presbyterian Minister.
He was a Senior Member of the National Evangelical Synod for Syria and Lebanon.
He is survived by his sons Abraham “Ebby”, and Nabil; and Grandchildren – Maya, Johnny, John, II, and Joseph.
A Celebration of his Life will be held at 10:00 a.m., September 22, at Church of the Master, located at 6659 East University Drive, Mesa, Arizona, 85205.
