Georgina was born December 22, 1939 in Phoenix, AZ to parents George Encinas and Carlota Najera. She was a devoted Mother, wife, and grandmother, known for her kindness. She always smiled and said hello to anyone she encountered.
She is survived by her loving children Robert J. Urquidez, Gabriel V. Urquidez, Geraldine Stih (husband John Stih), her grandchildren Nathaniel, Nikolai, Brandon and Gabriel, and her siblings George Encinas, Ramona Ferra and Juanita Castellano. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Robert M. Urquidez and her brother Louis Ramond “Butch” Lechuga.
The family would like to thank Georgina’s caregivers Gloria, Janice and Dianna for providing such great care of our mom. We would also like to thank family and friends throughout the years for the love and support.
I would like to thank my husband John Stih for his sacrifices and tireless efforts the past few years as I cared for my mom in our home. You are my rock, partner and best friend. Your love and support kept me going every day. I am forever grateful to have you by my side.
