Elisabeth was born on May 9, 1933 in Yugoslavia. She met her husband, Jack, after moving to the U.S. from Europe as a young woman. Jack has preceded her in death (December 3, 2020).
Elisabeth and Jack belonged to various German clubs in Chicago where they lived for more than 50 years. After moving to Arizona in 2007, they continued to be involved in a German club and loved to attend the various dances and events. She loved to cook, bake and crochet beautiful doilies and other items for her family. Elisabeth leaves behind four children (Alfred, Helene, Robert and Susan), three grandchildren (Sabrina, Andrina and Stefanie) and one great-grandchild (Josephine).
A memorial service for Elisabeth will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 400 South Power Road, Mesa, AZ 85206, followed by a reception from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
