Charles Lee Morris, 61, passed away on November 1, 2014 in Mesa, Arizona, from complications of his ongoing health issues. Chuck was born on January 1, 1953 in Park Rapids, Minnesota, the son of Tilda “Tillie” Marie Hughes and Robert Morris. He spent most of his childhood in Fergus Falls, Minn. with his sisters, mother, and caring step father Melvin Thompson.
Chuck is survived by his sisters, Karen Rivera and Grace Brown, (husband Courtney); sister in law, Anita Thompson; two nephews, Andrew and Stuart; and three nieces, Michelle, Maria and Millie; He is preceded in death by his mother, Tillie McComas; step father, Melvin Thompson; father, Robert Morris; his brother Howard Thompson; step brother, Jim Thompson; step brother David Thompson; and one nephew Michael Rivera.
Private services will be held in Camp Verde, Arizona at sister Grace‘s home, at 2pm. Please contact Grace or Karen for information. Services in Minnesota will be held at a later date.
