daughter, Alvina Lynn Perry.
Cheryl passed away unexpectedly at the age of 59 at Desert Cove Rehabilitation Center in Mesa,
Arizona, from heart complications.
Cheryl was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, where she graduated from Northwest Ohio Nursing School and began her
career at MCO. Cheryl then moved to Mesa, Arizona, where she continued her career as a pediatric nurse at Hacienda
De Los Angles, specializing in the care of terminally and critically ill children. It was there that she met and fell in love
with her beautiful daughter, Alvina. Cheryl spent 35 loving years caring for and assisting children.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her grandparents, Stanley and Lottie Wesolowski and John and Victoria Karpinski; her
sister-in-law, Paulette Wesolowski; her daughter, Alvina Lynn Perry, and her dog, Walter. Cheryl is survived by her
parents, Melvin and Arlene; brother and sister, Jeff (Kate) and Julie; nieces and nephews, Jonathan (Jenna), Nicole
(Paul), and Jacob (Amber), and many more loving family members.
A beautiful memorial service was held at The Praise And Worship Center in Chandler, Arizona on Wednesday, March 4
at 11 a.m. Donations may be made to The Praise and Worship Center of Chandler, Arizona, or Hacienda De Los Angles
of Phoenix, Arizona.
